Personalize your account

Open the User settings page to view and update your profile details, platform preferences, and security controls. Customize how the platform looks and behaves, update personal information, and strengthen account protection from a single location.

Access user settings

There are two ways to open the User settings page.

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the platform, click the account icon, and then select Settings.
  2. Go to the side menu and click Settings.

General info

At the top of the page, you’ll find basic profile settings.

You can update:

  • Profile image
  • First and last name
  • Phone number

🟧 You cannot change the email address that you used to join the organization.

Preferences

Scroll down to customize platform settings.

You can adjust:

  • Language: Currently, English is the only available display language.
  • Timezone: Set your region so dates and times match your local time.
  • Theme: Switch between light or dark display modes.
  • Date format: Choose how dates display across the platform.

Table Columns

You can control how data appears in tables throughout the platform.

To customize table headers:

  1. Locate a table (e.g. Files & Documents).
  2. Click the pencil icon.
  3. Use the checkboxes to hide or display columns.
  4. Click Save.

Security

Password

Your password is hidden for security. Click Change Password to update it.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of protection to your account.

To enable 2FA:

  1. Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  2. Click Enable.
  3. Follow the setup instructions.

Once enabled, you’ll be required to verify your identity during login using a second method.
