Organize work visually

Boards in My Space give you a simple, visual way to manage projects and ideas. They follow the Kanban method, where work is represented by cards that move through columns as progress is made. This helps you see the big picture and track every detail in one place.

Key concepts

  • Board: The workspace for a project or workflow. Each board contains columns and cards.
  • Columns: Vertical lists that represent stages of work (e.g. To Do, In Progress, Done).
  • Cards: Individual items of work, ideas, or tasks that move across columns. Cards can include details, attachments, or assigned users.
  • Task lists: Optional checklists inside cards to break down work into smaller steps.

Why use boards

  • Visual clarity: See the status of all work at a glance.
  • Flexibility: Adapt columns and cards to fit any workflow.
  • Collaboration: Share boards with teammates to keep everyone aligned.
  • Organization: Keep tasks, files, and updates in one structured view.
